10 May, 2009 - Australian Corporate Writing (ACW) has announced the appointment of two new key team members. Joining the company in July 2009 will be Ms. Cathy Schapper, who will assume the role of Business Manager and National Network of Professionals Manager, and Mr. Andrew Schapper, will will take over as Media Portfolio Manager.
According to ACW Managing Director and Founder, Keir Wells, the two new appointments mark a major turning point in the company's growth.
'For over 15 years we've been leading the industry in the provision of corporate writing, media and support services,' Mr. Wells said. 'Now, though, as more and more of our clients are relying on us to function as their primary marketing support partner, we have taken the next step forward and restructured the company to best meet the needs of our clients.
'With Cathy and Andrew on board our clients are set to benefit from even greater levels of responsiveness, accountability and - as has always been our focus point - quality.'
'An outstanding level of personal service'
As a result of the new appointments, ACW is in a stronger than ever position to maintain its personal client management practices while enhancing its highly acclaimed service offerings, particularly in the company's Media Portfolio.
'We've always been proud of the fact that every one of our clients is afforded personal service without the cost overheads associated with companies bogged down by layers of management,' Mr. Wells stated.
'When we saw it was time to expand our service offerings we recognised the opportunity - not a challenge - to expand our team and provide an outstanding level of personal service well beyond any industry standard.
'Both Cathy and Andrew are talented writers and team managers,' Mr. Wells continued. 'In joining the ACW team they're enabling us to increase our depth of writing and media skills while enhancing our client service.'
